Responsibilities
Become familiar with the EVCM internal audit & controls environment
Learn to utilize our audit & controls governance tool, AuditBoard
Participate and take notes during meetings
Participate in SOX walkthroughs, including the preparation of walkthrough deliverables
Assist in testing SOX controls
Other ad hoc analysis / projects
Deliver an internal audit/SOX project to select EVCM executive team members at the completion of your internship (project specifics TBD)

Required
Major in Finance, Accounting, or similar undergraduate degree
High level of attention to detail/accuracy.
Positive attitude approaching any task no matter how big/small.
Approaches projects with creativity and is willing to think outside of the box.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to travel for Denver, Colorado for the intern kickoff week and possibly the Intern executive presentations.
Rising juniors and seniors pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
Applicants to be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis from June to August 2025.
Must be willing to commit to a 10-week internship in the Summer of 2025 (June-August) on a full-time basis.
Preferred
Enthusiastic about learning the discipline of Product Marketing.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Willing to learn and collaborate with your teammates.
