Responsibilities
Work on abstract business questions and determine a plan of analysis to extract data from multiple systems.
Devise a plan to analyze and translate your analysis into recommendations and conclusions.
Articulate your method of analysis, providing support and defending your approach.
Translate complex, technical information from multiple sources into simple and engaging visuals for a less technical audience to understand.

Required
A minimum of four years of analytical work experience.
OR Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of three years of analytical work experience.
OR Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of one year analytical work experience.
OR Successful completion of Progressive's Analyst Boot Camp and Progressive's Internal Analyst Trainee program and a minimum one year analytical work experience.
This position requires online pre-employment testing for external candidates.
Preferred
Skills in designing, developing, and implementing Tableau or Power BI dashboards and front-end visualization
Proficient in programming skills (i.e., SQL, and Alteryx)
Comfortable asking questions to understand business/stakeholder/project needs to provide creative and tailored solutions
Translate complex, technical information from multiple sources into simple and engaging visuals for a less technical audience to understand
