Responsibilities
Oversee the financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations (such as sales tax, lodging tax, KYC & AML processing) and develop strategies to mitigate operational risks.
Develop, implement, and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity across departments.

Required
Significant experience in operations and finance leadership roles, preferably within a tech or SaaS environment.
Ability to develop and implement long-term strategies that align with organizational goals.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
Excellent leadership and team management capabilities, with a track record of building high-performing teams.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, remote working environment and able to adapt to changing circumstances.
Deep understanding of financial principles, including forecasting, and internal auditing.
