Responsibilities
Control your time, income, and career.
Work from home and get paid what you're worth.
Sell life insurance policies only to people who have already submitted a request for someone to help them with life insurance or mortgage protection insurance.
Build your own business and earn what you are willing to work for.
Participate in a leadership development program to develop and build your own agency if that is your goal.
Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to new agents.
Earn commissions directly from insurance carriers without cold calling.
Earn a raise every 2 months and potentially a 15% raise in your first 3 months.
Build, grow, and own your own agency if desired.
Earn passive income and eventually replace personal production.

Required
Excellent communication skills
Must be a self-starter, a problem solver, and driven to succeed
You are humble, coachable, and teachable
Must be able to work independently, manage time effectively, and be comfortable with full commission sales
A moderate to high degree of computer proficiency
Have or be able to obtain a Life & Health Insurance license (clear background check- no recent felonies or bankruptcies)
