Responsibilities
Review clients RFP documentation to identify deliverables and operational/technical requirements for Medicaid programs. Supports identifying the development of standard contract exclusions and pricing guidelines. Identify target products and new generic competition for bids and assist in the RFP process to increase savings.
Facilitate working sessions with internal stakeholders and technical teams to identify and guide documentation of business requirements and functional specifications. Industry research is a must. This candidate should be able to anticipate client needs and the needs of client. Clearly identifying limitations from a technical product standpoint and working with Business
Development to successfully respond to business opportunities.
Analyze current processes and workflows, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements as they relate to contracts and subcontracts.
Engage with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals and objectives through requirements. Works closely with project teams to determine appropriate terms and conditions of contracts. Interfacing directly with Operations leaders regarding the cost implications associated with new and existing contracts and awards.
Lead workshops and meetings as needed to gather input from multiple stakeholders and ensure effective communication and thorough contract review.
Ensure all processes and requirements comply with client's company policies and PMO standards. Partner with Product, Claims, and Legal to compose, revise, and maintain proprietary contract language related to product development initiatives and regulations.
Support project timelines and milestones to ensure successful and timely delivery of deliverables.
Supporting the company’s Technical Roadmap through pricing and profitability analysis with emphasis on retaining profitable customers and gaining new ones. Contract review will happen in accordance with a lens for growth, vibrancy, and efficiency.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
4+ years of experience serving as primary BA on requirements-driven projects.
Extensive experience analyzing contracts for business and technical requirements.
Prior experience in Medicaid financial management is required.
PMP Certification
Proficiency in documenting requirements, process flows, and use cases using tools such as Visio, Jira, or equivalent.
Familiar with MS project and other modern project management tools.
Comfortable working in contract repositories that oversee, review, approval, and repository.
Ability and desire to parse contracts on a regular basis to extract and interpret all requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams across the company.
Experience working directly with clients on the business and technical side.
Identify gaps or conflicts in customer requirements and tenaciously seek resolution.
Strong critical-thinking skills.
Ability to create or utilize existing structures for organizing and relating information to project goals and deliverables.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in waterfall, agile, and hybrid environments.
