Responsibilities
Develop and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with company objectives to achieve revenue goals.
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives to maximize performance and drive results.
Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, organizations, and key stakeholders to expand FundMeSmart's presence.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region to drive growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the sales process and ensure customer satisfaction.
Analyze regional market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
Report on sales performance and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.

Required
Proven success in sales leadership roles, preferably in fundraising, SaaS, or related industries.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
A strategic thinker with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to inspire and lead a team, fostering a culture of accountability and success.
Willingness to travel within the South East region as needed.
Preferred
Strong understanding of the South East market and the unique fundraising needs of schools and non-profit organizations is a plus.
