Responsibilities

Own and execute outbound strategies to activate MQAs using LinkedIn, email, and multi-threaded approaches powered by AI SDR tools.
Leverage signal aggregators and account insights to maximize response rates and opportunities.
Serve as project manager for 1:Few ABM campaigns, ensuring alignment across sales, marketing, and product teams.
Lead micro-optimizations, campaign coordination, and reporting for high-value accounts.
Build and maintain campaigns and playbooks with our AI-driven tech stack (Rb2b, 6sense, HubSpot) to streamline MQA activation and reduce pipeline leak.
Optimize workflows and tools to scale outbound efforts efficiently.
Develop AI-based processes to qualify inbound leads and clarify ambiguous opportunities.
Prioritize high-value accounts for consistent engagement and conversion.
Act as a bridge between marketing, sales, and product, ensuring campaign alignment and execution.
Partner with seasoned growth marketers to optimize messaging and conversion tactics
Document key campaigns, workflows, and optimization strategies.
Provide clear, actionable reporting to senior stakeholders on campaign KPIs and pipeline progression.

Required

2-4 years of SDR, BDR, or SDR management experience with a strong track record of booking revenue-driving meetings.
Experience in outbound prospecting strategies and ABM campaigns.
Experience with designing, managing and optimizing multichannel outbound campaigns at scale within a sales enablement tool like Outreach, Salesloft, Clari/Grove, etc.
Comfort co-owning and managing marketing technology under guidance and support of Head of Demand Gen and Growth (6sense, Rb2b, HubSpot).
Ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment with sales, product, and marketing teams.
Strong organizational skills, with experience managing campaigns and reporting on results.
