Responsibilities

Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and resolve issues.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Document customer interactions in the CRM system.
Assist customers with order placement, modification, and cancellation.
Handle product returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
Prepare and send follow-up correspondence to customers as required.
Identify and report recurring issues to management for improvement.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve department goals.
Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
Handle complaints with empathy and professionalism.
Offer upselling and cross-selling opportunities where applicable.
Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through timely resolutions.
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

CRM SystemsComputer Proficiency

Required

High school diploma or equivalent; degree in a related field is a plus.
Proven experience in customer service or related fields.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Proficiency in using computers and customer service software.
Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
Familiarity with phone systems and general office equipment.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
Punctuality and reliability are essential.
Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.

Preferred

Knowledge of industry standards and practices is a plus.
Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
