Responsibilities
Make warm sales calls from a large membership database
Identify member needs and explain the importance of supplemental benefits
Provide excellent customer service throughout the application process
Maintain contact with members, addressing questions and concerns
Support policyholders after enrollment, offering policy reviews, updates, and claims assistance
Adhere to industry regulations and ethical standards

Required
Exceptional communication skills with active listening and problem-solving abilities
