Responsibilities

Assist with streamlining HR processes and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring seamless employee experiences.
Manage benefits administration, including enrollment, communication, and resolving employee inquiries.
Support HR operations across North America, Asia, and Latin America including M&A operations, global mobility operations, right to work eligibility, organizational chart management and visa tracking.
Assist with organizational change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions during periods of growth and transformation.
Present new hire onboarding presentations and provide training to new HR hires and employees on HR business systems.
Act as a key operational contributor to the HRIS consolidation project and system implementation.
Master the generation of reports to provide insights for HR decision-making.
Maintain employee engagement initiatives to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, ensuring they are integrated into all aspects of the employee experience.
Stay up to date with HR trends and best practices to drive innovative HR strategies.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 18 months of HR experience, with a focus on people operations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in HR software and tools, with a tech-savvy approach to process optimization.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into effective people strategies.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
