Responsibilities
Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and deliver tailored product demonstrations.
Act as a technical advisor, helping customers understand Kendis's capabilities and how it can solve their business challenges.
Support customers during onboarding, ensuring successful deployment and configuration of Kendis.
Design and implement scalable solutions that align with customer workflows and business objectives.
Provide training and technical guidance to customers on Kendis features and best practices.
Troubleshoot technical issues and act as a liaison between customers and internal technical teams.
Gather customer feedback and collaborate with the product team to influence roadmap priorities.
Create technical documentation, FAQs, and knowledge-sharing resources for customers.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, Agile methodologies, and relevant technologies.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solution engineering, or similar roles.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) and project management workflows.
Proficiency in integrating enterprise tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps) with SaaS platforms.
Hands-on experience with APIs, scripting languages, and cloud technologies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
Preferred
Experience working in enterprise environments with distributed Agile teams.
Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools.
Certification in Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe Agilist, Scrum Master) is a plus.
