Responsibilities
Create and deploy communications such as newsletters, emails, and webinar materials.
Develop written resources to assist end-users of the dashboards.
Lead communication efforts to inform LEAs about the development progress of dashboards, including the TalentED Dashboard, and share updates post-launch.
Occasionally support similar communications and marketing initiatives within the division.
Design and deliver marketing and communication strategies for dashboard projects.
Prepare and distribute content, including newsletters, email campaigns, and webinar presentations.
Support end-users by developing instructional materials.
Communicate dashboard progress updates and other project-related information to stakeholders.
Assist with other communications and marketing requests as needed.

Required
6 years of experience in marketing and communications.
5 years of experience with Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
3 years of experience using Adobe products.
2 years of experience in email marketing.
2 years of experience using virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Teams, Zoom).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to create engaging, user-friendly materials.
Experience working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Familiarity with data visualization and dashboard tools is a plus.
Preferred
3 years of experience in the education field.
2 years of experience using Microsoft Power Applications, specifically Power BI.
2 years of experience in video production/editing.
