Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and manage the sales pipeline.
Prospect and acquire new business (B2B), leveraging leads from the marketing team.
Log all activities in the CRM system (Salesforce).
Maintain strong client relationships by offering support, advice, and recommendations.
Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer service needs.
Work remotely from home and travel 7–10 days per month for customer visits.
Attend local tradeshows and twice-yearly training sessions at the head office.

Required
Driver’s license with excellent driving record required.
3–5 years of proven sales experience in manufacturing environments, with a focus on business development.
Track record of meeting sales targets.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent phone and follow-up skills (making dozens of calls daily).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (Salesforce experience preferred).
Energetic, outgoing, and customer-focused personality.
