Responsibilities
Territory Development: Own and develop assigned territory, with specific focus on Consumer Goods, Retail, and Public Sector verticals
Pipeline Generation: Create and maintain a robust pipeline through proactive prospecting, industry networking, and collaboration with Salesforce AEs
Sales Execution: Manage complex enterprise sales cycles from initial contact through contract negotiation and close
Solution Consulting: Articulate CloudGaia's value proposition and align Salesforce solutions with client business challenges
Industry Expertise: Leverage deep understanding of Consumer Goods, Retail, and Public Sector business processes and trends
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts
Revenue Achievement: Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets for new business acquisition
Partner Collaboration: Work closely with Salesforce account teams to drive joint opportunities and maintain alignment

Required
5+ years of enterprise software sales and/or professional services to enterprise clients
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in new business development
Deep understanding of Consumer Goods and/or Retail industry business processes and challenges
Experience selling complex solutions to enterprise organizations
Strong knowledge of Salesforce products and ability to articulate their value to potential clients
Excellence in solution selling and consultative sales approaches
Outstanding presentation and communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Preferred
Salesforce certifications preferred
