Required
Oversee and manage a team of compensation professionals responsible for the administration of sales compensation programs.
Ensure that compensation plans are aligned with business goals, comply with legal standards, and effectively motivate and retain top sales talent.
Lead the end-to-end process of sales compensation administration, including incentive structures, commissions, bonuses, and sales performance analysis.
Develop and mentor a high-performing team that ensures the successful execution of compensation programs aligned with organizational objectives.
Achieve flawless execution of compensation processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
Drive sales performance and retention through innovative, competitive, and fair compensation plans that are regularly optimized.
Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams (Sales, HR, Finance, Legal) to align compensation strategies with business needs.
Ensure the accurate and timely processing of sales compensation data, reviewing audits and reports to maintain program integrity and compliance with wage and hour laws.
Supervise the analysis of sales performance and compensation data, identifying trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
Manage relationships with external vendors and participate in industry benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation packages.
Develop and present detailed reports on compensation outcomes, sales performance, and program effectiveness to senior leadership.
Communicate compensation strategies clearly to internal stakeholders.
Provide regular training to the sales team and managers on the sales compensation program.
Ensure sales compensation practices comply with all applicable labor laws, company policies, and regulatory standards.
Lead initiatives to streamline compensation administration processes, improve efficiency, and implement new tools and technologies for better tracking, reporting, and payment of commissions.
