Responsibilities
Answers questions or provides general information, or directs a client to a person who can provide more direct and specific information.
Maintains and updates records by getting the appropriate information from the client and therapist.
Protects clients’ rights by maintaining confidentiality of medical, personal, and financial information.
Supports CHP’s mission, vision, and values and will adhere to compliance protocols as well as CHP’s policies and procedures.

Required
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of medical, personal, and financial information.
Experience in a customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Proficient in using office equipment and technology, including computers and phone systems.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
