Responsibilities
Prepare and edit briefings, correspondence, briefing slides, and memorandums.
Support executives by managing schedules and appointments.
Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external contacts.
Coordinate virtual meetings and conference calls.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Assist with special projects as needed.
Schedule meetings with Outlook
Manage conference room reservations
Assists with visitor access
Provide general administrative support
Attend meetings and take meeting minutes

Required
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Ability to multitask in support of executives.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
Demonstrated ability to write and edit complex information clearly and concisely.
Ability to establish relationships and interact diplomatically with high-level personnel.
Answering the main phone line and screen incoming calls appropriately; routes incoming requests to the appropriate individuals
