Responsibilities

Responsible for accurate case set-up and annotation across internal systems.

Manages workload to ensure client needs are addressed and agency expectations are met.

Communicate to internal departments and external Sales Executives through phone and e-mail in a professional manner.

Accurate documentation of group plan design, participation, and rating during annual group product anniversary renewal review

Manages time effectively to prioritize workload.

Suggests business process improvements to gain efficiency within the role.

Provides feedback at team meetings as well as contributes to learning topics as assigned.

Strives to learn and grow by demonstrating initiative daily.

Acts as a valued member of the team, including assisting in training and mentorship of newly hired Coordinators.

Manage the workflow of multiple tasks and maintain a detailed understanding of the status of various assigned tasks.

Works special projects as needed.

Participates in peer review and quality control for team(s) as needed.

Sets up cases in the GI/CGI Tool and notes the Quick Sheets on behalf of the UW team.

Maintain and prioritize requests to the GI Escalation Team e-mail box.

Proficient understanding of Sales Force (CRM) and application workflows.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Minimum of 2 years of Voluntary Benefits Insurance experience
