Responsibilities
The Program Evaluation and Continuous Improvement Manager for the Center for Clinical and Translational Science performs a full range of professional duties including leading and managing multiple and diverse assignments, with a primary focus on conducting quality improvement and program evaluation activities, managing and maintaining the systems and processes, and directing/leading staff to support these activities within the center.
The Program Evaluation and Continuous Improvement Manager will implement evaluation plans in collaboration with the Center for Clinical and Translational Science Director, Lead Administrator, program directors, program managers, faculty and staff to ensure the appropriate CQI processes are maintained and evaluation data is collected, documented in the appropriate source systems, and reported out to Center for Clinical and Translational Science committees and leadership in the defined timeline in alignment with standards.
The manager conducts program evaluations, reviews data, analyzes reports, interprets results and prepares and presents reports and dashboards aligned with requirements and standards.
The manager will maintain alignment with research processes and systems.

Required
Master's degree in a relevant field required
Five years of experience in data management, analysis and evaluation
Strong program evaluation and process improvement experience, preferably in biomedical/clinical/translational science, medical education or higher education administration
Demonstrated proficiency with systems-based, data-driven quality improvement processes, learning management systems or similar digital learning platforms
Ability to establish and maintain effective interpersonal relationships with a variety of people, including internal and external stakeholders
Knowledge of National Institutes of Health federal reporting requirements and standards
Demonstrated experience utilizing change management principles to accomplish goals through collaboration, coordination, effective coaching and mentoring others
Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, organizational and self-directed skills
Clear, concise, written and verbal communication skills
Works well with minimal direction to produce consistently high-quality work
Expert knowledge in project management and quantitative and qualitative data analysis
Demonstrated proficiency in implementing project analysis plans
Ability to think critically and creatively to problem solve
Ability to lead, manage and support multiple programs and priorities
Preferred
Demonstrated proficiency with systems-based, data-driven quality improvement processes, learning management systems or similar digital learning platforms
Doctoral or post graduate degree in adult education, program evaluation or related field
