Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns for clients.
Create pre and post event campaigns to assist BDRs and Associate Account Managers with outreach.
Assist team members in the development of client newsletters and email marketing campaigns.
Work with key stakeholders to plan client advocacy and field events.
Manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously to meet deadlines and goals.
Proactively communicate plans and tactical details across sales and marketing to build strong relationships and alignment.
Apply KPIs, analytics, and insights to better profile, target, and re-target prospects; drive continual optimization of campaign performance.
Collaborate with creative team to develop effective marketing assets to support programs.
Understand and keep up with industry trends that impact and highlight customer pain points to help target messaging.
Align tactics (such as events, webinars, online advertising, content syndication, outbound emails, target account advertising, etc) and content to the buyer’s journey.

Required
1-3 years of experience in B2B enterprise marketing and/or sales.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams with the ability to build rapport, influence and deepen relationships with stakeholders, especially with Partners, Sales and Support.
Ability to learn new MarTech tools as needed.
Ability to analyze and interpret data based on KPIs to inform decision making.
Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Some travel required.
Preferred
Experience marketing/selling SaaS and cloud-based solutions strongly preferred.
Familiarity with marketing automation systems (Pardot preferred) and knowledge of CRM (Salesforce.com preferred).
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
