Responsibilities
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, creative outreach strategies, and social selling.
Develop and execute strategic lead generation plans, including cold calling, email campaigns, and participating in industry events.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecasting sales opportunities and closing deals within established timelines.
Qualify leads, uncover pain points, and effectively articulate the value proposition of our products and services to convert prospects into customers.
Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, partners and prospects to foster long-term relationships.
Own the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

Required
Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience in a technology-focused environment.
Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets.
Experience in hunting for new business, developing sales pipelines, and closing deals.
Strong understanding of sales methodologies and sales technology and CRM systems (Salesforce and Zoom Info preferred).
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred
Prior experience in the UCaaS and Telecom industries is a plus.
