Responsibilities
Lead the creation and evolution of the brand for both Outcomes COO and our new SaaS company. Design logos, color schemes, typography, and other visual assets that define and strengthen the company’s identity.
Design engaging and functional website layouts that align with our brand and ensure a smooth user experience. Collaborate with developers to bring the design to life and maintain the visual integrity of the site.
Design and format professional content for various materials, including presentations, reports, PDFs, and marketing collateral. Ensure consistency in design across all internal and external communication.
Create high-quality graphics for social media, email marketing, and other marketing materials. Ensure all designs align with brand standards and are visually compelling.
Work closely with the Marketing and Development teams to ensure all designs are aligned with the overall business strategy and project goals. Ensure designs effectively communicate our brand message to our target audience.
Maintain consistent design standards across all materials and platforms, ensuring a unified and cohesive brand presence.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
3–5 years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, logo design, website design, and content layout.
Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or similar tools.
Familiarity with both digital and print design processes, with experience delivering assets across various platforms.
Preferred
Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
Previous experience with small businesses or entrepreneurial organizations is a plus.
