Responsibilities
Drive executive searches end-to-end from role definition to offer negotiation, ensuring an outstanding hiring manager/candidate experience throughout
Partner with senior stakeholders to deeply understand their leadership needs, business context, and team dynamics while providing strategic hiring guidance and market insights
Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to build and nurture lasting relationships with hard-to-access talent pools, maintaining an active network of potential candidates and industry leaders
Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and candidates, managing complex stakeholder dynamics with diplomacy and clear communication

Required
Bachelor’s degree
2+ years executive recruiting experience, ideally with exposure to recruiting critical GTM or sales leadership roles. Exposure to recruiting in private equity-backed or highly acquisitive organizations is a strong plus.
Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives
Deep understanding of executive search methodology and leadership team dynamics
Superior written and verbal communication skill
Ability to consistently identify candidates who exceed expectations and achieve long-term success
Resourceful and scrappy; eager to roll up sleeves and get the job done
Experience with or deep respect for the trades
