Responsibilities
Effectively manage client communications and expectations
Own the customer relationship as the primary point of contact during implementation
Define and execute implementation projects, complete deliverables, and monitor results
Develop and deliver training
Collaborate with Product Management to recommend and deliver best-in-class solutions

Required
Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline)
3-5 years of experience successfully managing complex software projects
Experience in Agile software development
Working knowledge of pharmaceutical or specialty pharmacy industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Hands-on experience implementing SaaS and/or enterprise software applications
Consulting experience for external clients
Proficiency with MS Office suite
Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
