Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Implement preventive maintenance programs and manage repair needs to ensure optimal system performance.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
Supervise emergency plans, fire drills, and evacuation procedures to maintain safety protocols.
Supervise subcontractors to ensure tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards.
Assist in preparing and managing the facility’s budget and ensure that expenses stay within limits.
Monitor and approve maintenance costs and procurement of equipment and materials.
Track operational costs and provide reports on the budget and performance.
Supervise maintenance staff, assign tasks, and ensure staff are trained and equipped for their duties.
Foster a positive work environment, ensuring staff collaboration and motivation.
Coordinate space planning, office layout changes, and internal relocations.
Oversee office resources such as furniture, equipment, and general office management to ensure efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance, repairs, and safety checks.
Prepare and present regular reports on facility performance and operational challenges.
Ensure all records are kept up-to-date for audits and compliance purposes.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
4 years of experience in facility management or building operations.
Strong knowledge of building systems, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
IFM Service: 3 years (Required)
