Responsibilities
Conduct project kick-off meetings with Sales, Design, and Engineering teams.
Lead site walk-throughs and maintain strong relationships with trades and clients.
Oversee project budgets, procurement, and resource allocation.
Manage material and equipment delivery schedules to meet project milestones.
Coordinate installation and programming teams to ensure seamless execution.
Handle all client communications, change orders, and project adjustments.
Monitor project timelines, address delays, and implement solutions to maintain progress.
Ensure on-site safety, cleanliness, and adherence to quality standards.
Provide client training and deliver detailed closeout packages, including warranty documentation.
Conduct post-project reviews to gather lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
Qualification

Required
5 years of project management experience, including leadership and labor management.
3 years of hyperscale data center experience, preferably on large-scale Microsoft projects.
Strong knowledge of construction technology, scheduling, and electronics integration.
Valid Driver’s License required.
5 years of Low Voltage Data Center experience.
5 years of Low Voltage Project Management experience.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Certifications such as RCDD, DCDC, or PMP.
Experience managing large teams (30+ technicians) in a full-build data center environment.
RCDD or PMP certification.
Willingness to travel: 75%.
