Responsibilities

Manage customer success through program management, support, and training.
Understand accounts-payable processes and customer pain points.
Act as the voice of the customer, sharing needs and feedback with internal teams.
Monitor and address customers’ short- and long-term business needs to retain and grow revenue.
Collaborate with product and sales teams on customer requests and requirements.
Build expertise in the company’s solutions to guide customers effectively.
Offer creative solutions to customer challenges and opportunities.
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Collect necessary information and documents to ensure program success.
Educate customers on best practices and processes.
Provide product training and clear documentation.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless issue resolution.
Foster positive, long-term relationships with clients.

Required

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail

Proven relationship builder, fostering internal and external connections
Excellent time management and prioritization skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred

2+ years of experience in technology-related roles or customer support
Familiarity with banking or payment products
Experience with Zendesk
