Responsibilities

Lead capital projects from inception to completion to achieve the proposed results

Communicate design plans and progress to the plant

Work with the plant to create the best results

Use the established project management systems, tools, and processes

Develop MOC and offer HSE documentation for each project

Lead the construction manager, vendors, and contractors for the project, update project tracking documents

Use Ariba and other programs to for entering POs, invoices, other documents, update site files and close out documents for the project

Manage contractors to complete the tasks safely and as designed; responsible for the quality of the contractors’ work; coordinate and communicate schedule and needs to the plant and contractors

Investigate improved manufacturing processes and techniques and implement where appropriate to drive improvements in cost, safety, quality or efficiency

Establish engineering standards for use at all facilities and with contract engineer firms

Lead by example and drive an incident free workplace; PTW program compliance
