Senior Business Development Manager - Distribution Connectivity
Cloudbeds is the leading platform redefining the concept of PMS for the hospitality industry, serving tens of thousands of properties in more than 150 countries worldwide. The Senior Business Development Manager - Distribution Connectivity will own and execute the connectivity engagement strategy across Distribution globally, focusing on managing relationships with technology and services partners to enhance Cloudbeds' offerings.
Responsibilities
Engage and develop key partner distribution relationships globally based on the Cloudbeds strategy
Define and track account-based objectives and key results related to Distribution partnerships covering growth, go-to-market and overall health
Build and nurture multi-level relationships with key prospects and partners
Drive better integration and alignment between partners and teams focussing on revenue-related functions, including marketing, sales, and customer support
Manage partner programs and ensure Cloudbeds becomes and remains the strategic/premier provider of major channels
Work with the marketing team to establish a clearly differentiated and data-driven commercial positioning and go-to-market strategy
Drive collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of key business objectives, channel revenue deliverables and related product enhancement initiatives
Qualification
Required
5+ Years of Experience required in a Distribution role within technology, and consulting, business development, account management, digital marketing and/or professional services
SME knowledge of the distribution / connectivity landscape including OTAs, Wholesale, CRS, GDS and Channel Management required
Proven ability to develop relationships with both internal and external stakeholders; A team player who can lead by influence; Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse, international team; Flexibility to work across multiple time zones
Demonstration of ability to interact and ultimately influence executives and leaders
Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions
Strength in problem-solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
