Lima One Capital is a leading private lender in real estate investment lending. They are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow an outside sales team of loan originators, providing support and driving success in a challenging industry.

Responsibilities

Coach team of loan officers to exceed expectations, providing constructive feedback and support daily

Provide opportunities for advancement within your team and address performance concerns

Recruit new reps for your team and support RevOps in onboarding and ramping up new hires

Ensure effective management of the Outside Sales pipeline – ensuring deals track for closure and complete on time

Maintain knowledge of loans in the same status or above a certain threshold

Collaborate with underwriting, processing, account management, etc. to support your team’s production

Provide detailed projections and metrics for your team’s performance to leadership

Required

Preferred experience in investment real estate sales lending (Business Purpose Lending), with a deep understanding of the real estate investment property industry

Ability to quickly build out a team of Outside Loan Officers from prior contacts or experience

Book of Business or Investor Network that compliments Lima One's loan product suite of Fix and Flip, New Construction, Rental Property (DSCR), and Bridge loans

Bachelor's degree or a minimum of three years of sales experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office & Salesforce CRM, ability to adapt and implement new technologies

Proven track record of achieving KPIs and other departmental goals

Proven experience leading & developing teams, with the ability to navigate the challenges of being a ‘working' leader on the sales floor

Ability to hold resourceful and significant conversations and conduct proactive follow-ups with internal & external teams

Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

Active NMLS License or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
