Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end

Work closely and collaborate with other attorneys and partners

Regular trial preparation, investigation, court appearances, mediations and depositions

Communicate with clients and provide reports

JD from accredited law schoolAdmitted to practice in Texas10+ years of defense litigationGeneral liability experienceClient-facing experienceTeam-oriented environmentLegal project managementFirst chair trial experienceCommunication skills

Required

JD from an accredited law school

Admitted to practice in Texas

10+ years of defense litigation

Experience with general liability, transportation, trucking accidents, or catastrophic industrial accidents

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to integrate into a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Preferred

Client-facing experience preferred

Legal project management experience is helpful

First chair trial experience a plus
