New Grad, Entry LevelASM Global is the world's leading venue management company and producer of live event experiences. The Guest Experience Host will focus on selling premium seating and providing excellent service to guests at Allegacy Field / LJVM Coliseum during events.

Responsibilities
Upsell available premium inventory to event attendees
Manage inventory and contribute to a nightly sales goal
Provide general venue information to all concert attendees regarding the event, such as start times, venue amenities, wayfinding assistance, etc
Recognize VIP clients to instill appreciation for their membership and patronage
Recognize Wake Forest University donors, ASM Global executives, and key artist/event personnel (i.e. tour manager)
Coordinate operations on night of shows and games with management, catering staff, servers and security
Build relationships with customers in an effort to anticipate their needs
Provide oversight throughout the event of VIP areas to ensure guests are receiving highly personalized service at all times
Communicate effectively with the current audience to instill comfort in all guests
Maintain professional grooming standards
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Well spoken and personable
Ability to problem solve, multi-task and be well-organized
Charismatic and a people person
Confident and excited to engage with patrons
Ability to take charge, think outside the box and come up with creative solutions to problems as they arise
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience in selling or customer service
A flexible schedule
Fast-paced, often loud and stressful, low light with occasional strobe light and laser use
Extended periods of prolonged standing and working on your feet
Must be able to lift or move up to 25 lbs using proper lifting techniques
Must be able to climb stairs frequently throughout the event
Applicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a visa
