Responsibilities

Managing the daily administrative activities of the department's residency/fellowship program
Supervising the administrative and professional responsibilities for the program's residents-in-training
Serving as the primary liaison between the Program Director, chief residents, residents, department faculty, GME Office, and affiliated teaching sites concerning residency program matters
Facilitating outpatient services as the primary point of contact for patients and referring providers
Implementing policies and procedures and managing the daily operational activities
Maintaining and coordinating outpatient scheduling for all providers along with maintaining templates in EPIC

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Health Education or a related field plus two (2) or more years of experience in the administration of educational programs
Demonstrated effective oral and written communication skills
Must be computer literate with proficiency and working knowledge Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Work in diverse environments with people of different backgrounds
Must be a strong communicator and able to develop an effective partnership with providers, staff and all stakeholders, regardless of their cultural, ethnic, and racial backgrounds
