Responsibilities
Support MOCVD process manufacturing and engineering activities on multi-wafer production reactors for high voltage devices
Develop MOCVD recipe based on device structure & designs
Troubleshoot MOCVD material growth issues
Responsible for equipment performance metrics and productivity requirements
Ensure that all epitaxial materials meet the SPC requirements
Support and document production action plans and FMEA
Support yield and uptime improvement activities for ongoing epi wafer
Interact closely with Device and Foundry Engineering groups to develop novel high voltage FETs for next generation low and high-power application
The ideal candidate will be willing to support reactor maintenance activities
Work in a cleanroom environment and adhere to good manufacturing practices
Qualification
Required
Min of 5 years' experience in MOCVD manufacturing of III-Vs nitrides materials
Min of MS in Material Science or equivalent
The position is intended for a split week coverage, including partial weekend
Preferred
Ph.D preferred
Experience with GaN material growth with Veeco's MOCVD tools is preferred
