Responsibilities
Drafting legal documents such as pleadings and legal memoranda
Managing a heavy workload
Handling a range of legal issues related to consumer protection
Appearing in local county courts as needed
Qualification
Required
Must be currently admitted to practice law in KANSAS (multiple-state admission is a big PLUS) and must reside in the state of Kansas!
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience at a law firm in litigation
Must possess superior organizational & time-management skills to meet strict deadlines
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Highest ethical standards and professional integrity
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work easily with senior management and employees at all levels throughout the organization
Strong legal research skills -- proficiency in LexisNexis is a plus
