Senior Project Manager - Midwest
Clayco is a full-service real estate development firm specializing in delivering high-quality solutions for various building projects across North America. The Senior Project Manager will oversee construction projects from conceptual stages through to closeout, providing leadership and technical direction while managing project execution and client relationships.
Responsibilities
Build client and subcontractor relationships
Team with Architects, Engineers, and Planners to create and manage a design schedule
Establish project forecasts and budgets
Manage costs
Accept full responsibility for project execution
Mentor and develop project management staff
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related
10-15 years of experience managing construction projects ($50+ million) ideally design-build
Strong project safety record and commitment to safety and quality
Previous experience with set-up, budget planning, buyout, and cost reporting
Demonstrated knowledge of construction principles, practices, and technology
Previous experience leading a successful project management team
Creative and results-oriented with a sense of urgency
Ability to walk the job site, climb ladders, and multi floor scaffolding
Ability to lift objects at least 50lbs
