Relationship Manager III
Cadence Bank is seeking a Relationship Manager III to build a portfolio of profitable commercial clients. This role involves driving business from prospective clients, structuring credit facilities, and promoting solutions to meet client needs.

Responsibilities
Drive business from prospective commercial clients with revenues of $20MM to $100MM to include loans, deposits and treasury management fees
Apply knowledge of credit and banking to structure credit facilities that are mutually beneficial to our clients and the bank
Identify, recommend, and promote solutions that best serve our client needs while ensuring the profitability of the portfolio
Regularly call on clients, prospects, centers of influence and utilize knowledge of our product partners to find additional solutions such as Wealth and Investments
Represents the financial institution in public relations activities and community affairs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience
Formal credit training
A minimum of 6 - 8 years experience in a financial institution as a commercial lender
Knowledgeable of laws and regulations applicable to banking
Strong relationship and communication skills
Self-directed and sales oriented
Highly organized and possess the ability to manage and prioritize work
Works cooperatively with others
