Sales Manager (Upper Midwest)

Groupe SEB is a global leader in small domestic appliances and professional coffee equipment. The Sales Manager is responsible for capturing market share and growing sales for their coffee brands by managing the sales cycle and partnering with the technical sales team.

Responsibilities

Grow existing accounts and expand penetration for assigned channel by utilizing market data to close sales calls
Provide strategic insights in planning to sales and marketing leadership
Provide an active pipeline of new business opportunities
Prepare monthly sales forecast and deliver yearly sales quotas for all brands
Train and engage with customer sales teams regarding SEB products
Represent SEB Professional at trade shows, industry engagements, and other matters
Works with the technical sales team to overcome technical hurdles of the sales cycle
Other tasks as assigned

Required

5+ years of experience in B2B Sales role in a fast-paced growing company selling Foodservice Equipment or commercial coffee equipment
Previous experience selling to National Food Service Chain Customers, Food Service Dealers, and Coffee Roasters
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
