PremiStar is seeking a Senior Vice President of Operations to report to the COO and lead commercial integration efforts for acquired companies. This role focuses on maximizing synergies from acquisitions and enhancing profitability while ensuring operational excellence in the HVAC sector.

Responsibilities

Identify and execute synergy opportunities across acquisitions, including commercial strategies, operational efficiencies, procurement savings, and resource sharing

Involved in due diligence activities related to potential acquisitions

Develop, execute and implement strategic operations, sales, and business development plans to achieve local growth and profitability targets

Ensure a focus on pricing discipline, operational efficiencies, and margin improvement across the organization

Monitor financial performance and operational KPIs, identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement

Drive initiatives to enhance local operational performance, customer satisfaction, and market competitiveness

Implement standardized processes and best practices while accommodating local market dynamics

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation to ensure sustained excellence

Partner with finance teams to align budgets, forecasts, and P&L objectives

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, HR, and IT, to achieve organizational objectives

Maintain a strong focus on team member engagement, safety, and compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
