Recruit and develop world-class talent
Qualification
Required
10+ years of industry experience in technology companies
Have a broad and deep understanding of key technologies, including storage, data processing, search, and serving
Solid track record of delivering large and complex systems with significant business impacts
Robust design and problem-solving skills
Excellent communications and collaborations across teams and functionalities
Preferred
Work experience in advertising systems
Leading or managing big teams
