Responsibilities
Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
Manage vendor relationships and resolve any discrepancies
Ensure timely payments to vendors
Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions
Prepare and analyze accounts payable reports
Reconcile bank statements and identify any discrepancies
Work closely with the Accounts Payable Manager to ensure compliance with all accounting policies and procedures
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
2+ years of experience in accounts payable
Experience with accounting software such as SAP or Oracle ERP
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Proficiency in Chinese
