Total starting comp package (new Grads) $630K – $640K
1:8 weekend call schedule
Protected post-call day off
$200K loan repayment or $100K starting/retention bonuses
Bread and butter Anesthesiology practice with Ortho, Urology, OB, and healthy pediatric cases
No neuro, cardiac, or vascular cases
Strong collaborative relationships with Departments of Surgery and Nursing
Comfortable call with low callback rate
Protected post-call days off
3-day weekend following post-weekend call
Total Initial Compensation Package (new Grads) $630K – 640K
$500K - $510k base compensation
$100K starting and retention bonuses
$15K annual bonuses
$15K paid relocation
$200k student loan repayment option
8 weeks of paid time off

Qualification
Required
Board certification in Anesthesiology
Valid medical license in New York State
Completion of an accredited residency program in Anesthesiology
