Responsibilities

Individual must have the ability to oversee general manufacturing processes and team members
Ability to plan and delegate assignments. Individual must be a good listener and communicator
Good understanding of manufacturing operations, machine set-up, changeovers, safety, and quality issues
Must possess good interpersonal skills and present a positive attitude
Ability to motivate team members and lead by example
Ability to evaluate performance and address discipline issues
Ability to work overtime hours including weekends required
Good problem-solving abilities and teamwork skills
