Responsibilities

Identifying and acquiring sites for large-scale data centers, including market research, land acquisition, zoning compliance, and feasibility studies

Sourcing reliable and sustainable power solutions, including identifying local utilities, negotiating power agreements, and assessing energy infrastructure

Planning, design, and construction of data centers, with a focus on mission-critical infrastructure

Managing supply chain processes, including sourcing, procurement, logistics, and optimizing vendor relationships

Ensuring seamless coordination between design, construction, and operational phases in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) processes

Conducting financial modeling, valuation, and risk analysis specific to data centers, energy infrastructure, or technology investments

Familiarity with capital raising, mergers & acquisitions, private equity, and investment strategies related to large-scale data center projects and energy infrastructure

Integrating sustainable and energy-efficient solutions within data center operations

Optimizing power usage, implementing renewable energy sources, and driving initiatives to reduce the carbon footprint of data center operations

Managing cross-functional teams and overseeing large-scale data center projects from conception to completion

Managing budgets, timelines, stakeholder relationships, and ensuring projects meet both technical and regulatory standards

Required

Experience in the data center, energy, or infrastructure space

Expertise in identifying and acquiring sites for large-scale data centers, including market research, land acquisition, zoning compliance, and feasibility studies

A deep understanding of regulatory and environmental considerations
