Responsibilities

In coordination with the local Health Principal, contribute to the leadership and visioning for the Health sector in the local area / region

Assist local Health Principal and leadership in reaching net fees booked goals

Contribute to or lead capture plans, qualifications, and proposals for Health clients / pursuits

Contribute to or lead interview strategies and implementation

Learn / lead internal HDR marketing processes, such as GNG, Fee Development/Approval, risk awareness and data maintenance

Serve as Project Manager (or other roles as appropriate) on projects and prepare / negotiate project contracts

Maintain project oversight throughout execution, including conformance to client expectations for technical/quality, financial performance, and schedule adherence

Interface with clients proactively, by engaging them regularly through multiple channels

Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to health staff and project teams

In collaboration with Health subject matter experts, and independently when appropriate, develop abstracts and presentations for industry conferences, seminars, workshops, and other similar events promoting sector messages, research, project outcomes, lessons learned, trends, etc

Actively cultivate of a network of industry partners for intelligence gathering and strategic development

Regular engagement in local relevant industry organizations
