Higher Education Human Resources/Payroll Consultants
CampusWorks is an information technology company offering technology planning services, and they are seeking Human Resources/Payroll Consultants to assist higher education clients in enhancing their HR operations. The role involves serving as interim HR leaders, leading process reviews, and optimizing HRIS systems.

Responsibilities
Serving as a Human Resources leader in higher education, providing day-to-day leadership of the human resources department staff
Providing oversight, direction, guidance, and coordination of the current human resources and payroll projects and priorities
Assessing the efficiency of the human resources department
Designing and delivering training
Assisting clients in how to best align policy, process, procedures, and personnel to effectively leverage human resources and payroll solutions
Qualification
Required
5+ years' experience as a senior-level Human Resources professional in a higher education institution
Prior work in a college or university as a CHRO, Vice President of Human Resources, AVP of Human Resources, Director of Human Resources, Director of Payroll, or Human Resource Business Analyst working with ERP/CRM products
Experience with a higher education ERP system (e.g., Ellucian Colleague, Banner, Jenzabar, Workday)
Experience assessing human resources/payroll operations and making recommendations for process improvement, including reviewing and recommending policy changes, staffing and organizational alignment changes, and realignment of roles and responsibilities when appropriate
Solid leadership skills, including facilitating diverse groups, creating consensus building and preparing the organization and individuals for change and ongoing continuous improvement
Demonstration of superior communication skills and the ability to provide a consultative approach to end clients
