The ideal candidate will have experience in representing institutional investors in connection with their investments in private funds, including private equity, private credit, real estate, and co-investment funds.

Active member of the bar in the jurisdiction of the Morgan Lewis office for which they are applying

Preferred

Experience in negotiating purchase and sale agreements for secondary transactions
