Responsibilities
Develop and implement quality control plans for operators, including inspection procedures, acceptance criteria, and corrective action plans
Conduct audits of operator facilities and quality systems to assess their capabilities and compliance with Gotion's standards
Analyze quality data and identify trends to proactively address potential issues
Work with suppliers to develop and implement corrective actions for identified quality problems
Maintain clear and concise documentation of all quality activities, including audits, reports, and corrective actions
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as manufacturing, engineering, and procurement, to ensure quality requirements are met
Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and quality standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production quality engineering role
Experience with conducting supplier audits and developing quality control plans
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Experience with quality management software a plus
