Responsibilities
Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple software teams and feature engineering teams to root cause vehicle and system-level issues from various sources (both internal and external vehicle fleets)
Develop and maintain automated frameworks for identification, classification, and reporting of issues to make data ingestion, processing & filtering, and root cause analysis more efficient
Ensure bug reports have sufficient information for diagnosis and prioritization, including severity, customer impact, reproducibility, ownership, etc
Review & analyze simulation reproducibility for real life events and work with the simulation team & feature owners to drive simulation reproducibility initiatives
Identify issue trends and create KPIs and dashboards
Work with cross-functional teams such as software application, integration, and hardware teams as well as Technical Program Managers to ensure timely delivery of software fixes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience
At least 1-3 years of professional experience in Software Development/Operations
Understanding/knowledge of modern ADAS systems/features
Experienced with issue investigation and working with cross-functional teams in a Product / Feature development environment
Experience with data analytics in relation to feature validation and evaluation of trends to drive quality metrics and highlight potential opportunities for improvement
Ability to read and understand code (Python/C++)
Experienced with management tools such as Jira, Confluence, JAMA, etc
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Proven ability to work with ambiguity and be self-motivated
Familiarity with Agile methodology and continuous integration concepts for developing and implementing software
