Responsibilities

Prepare and post journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded

Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies

Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Collaborate with internal and external auditors, providing necessary documentation and support

Maintain and update accounting records and files

Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies

Support the month-end and year-end close processes

Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures

Provide support for special projects and ad-hoc reporting as needed

Work collaboratively with other members of the shared services team to ensure efficient and effective accounting operations
